Staff Mobility Agreement Training

Priorities:- Mobility period: 20 February- 15 June- Application deadline: 01 February – The mobility programme lasts up to 7 days (at least 8 hours of courses for teachers) – 2 quotas for teacher mobility and 1 quota for staff mobility for training. Eligible applicants must have an employment contract with Kozép-eurepai Egyetem (CEU), regardless of their nationality. Sending and receiving organizations must have agreed with staff on the activities that officers must carry out under a «mobility agreement» before the start of the mobility phase. These agreements define the objectives for the learning period abroad, define the formal conditions of recognition and specify the rights and obligations of each party. Erasmus training supports the professional development of teachers and non-educational staff, as well as the development of the institutions concerned. It can take the form of training sessions abroad (without lectures) and shadows of work/observation/training in a partner HEI or other relevant organisation, anywhere in Europe. Mobility activities should yield the following results: 2. Organize your visit- Contact UJK-Erasmus coordinator Beata Banach-Rzéca bbanach@ujk.edu.pl (cc visitingscholar@hse.ru);- Comprehensive agreement on staff mobility, apply for a visa, purchase an insurance policy and make travel arrangements;- Process your business trip to LA HSE;- Provide the necessary documents to the UJK and sign the grant agreement;- Receive a mobility grant of UJK EUR 140 per day and EUR 275 to cover travel expenses. The Higher School of Economics has concluded an inter-institutional agreement with Jan Kochanowski University (Kielce, Poland) on cooperation in the exchange of staff under the Erasmus programme. The minimum duration of training for Erasmus Mobility staff is 2 working days and the CEU grants a grant for a maximum of 5 to 6 days. The mobility of staff training must be ensured as part of the current cycle between 1 December 2019 and 31 August 2020. They can visit higher education institutions, companies or organisations in each of the countries participating in Erasmus.
